Birth Doula Package​

​

For each birthing family I work with, I will provide the following: ​

​​

​Prenatal:​

• 2 prenatal visits during which we can discuss any concerns and go over your plans for your birth as well as practice comfort measures, positions and techniques

• 24 hour phone and email contact, from the time of hire to 6 weeks postpartum​

• Access to my personal books and media on pregnancy and childbirth​

Birth:​

• On call for you from 2 weeks prior to your due date​

• Full attendance at the birth, from whenever you call until you are settled with your baby (1-3 hours after the birth)​

• I will have an appropriate backup doula in the rare case that I am unable to attend the birth personally due to travel, illness or other emergency.​

• Use of my Elle TENS unit for your labour ($10 extra for electrodes)

• Reiki care during the birth as desired

Postpartum:​

• 1-2 postpartum visits to go over the birth and ensure you have the support you need for this new stage in your lives​​

• Basic breastfeeding support, should you need it

 

Cost: $1200 for full package
