As with most women I find it difficult at times balancing family life - responsibilities as a mother, daughter, and wife - along with my job, and running my own business. At times I feel my whole body vibrate from the responsibilities and the want to care and nurture those around me. Through Reiki Stephanie has assisted me to find balance within myself, not only during our sessions together but also by giving me visualization exercises to do on my own so that I can remain balanced within myself instead of waiting until I am feeling overwhelmed to slow down and take care of myself.

I am proud to offer Reiki either as an independent treatment for people in all stages of life, or as an add-on to my birth packages as a part of pregnancy and birth support.
This modality is very gentle, yet effective, and can be done either hands on or hands off. It works to unblock, rebalance and increase your own vital energy to help your body work better as a whole, flowing unit. Reiki can be a wonderful tool to use with many conditions, and is a beautiful addition to a birth.
Reiki is a fantastic tool for stress reduction and relaxation. Many people use it for general wellness, to improve healing for a specific concern, address concerns from a new direction, or as self care. Reiki is not a cure for a disease or illness, but by rebalancing the energetic flow, it may assist the body in creating a better state to facilitate self-healing. Reiki is a great tool to use as a complement to both traditional and conventional medicine and is practiced in many hospitals and medical care settings.
